About Anna

I understand firsthand the challenges and triumphs of navigating neurodiversity. As an ADHDer, for years, I sought skills and tools to manage symptoms, but the real transformation came when I began to embrace my neurotype—focusing on my strengths and interests rather than limitations.

This shift from coping to thriving has taught me to appreciate the unique traits that make us who we are. With neurodiversity also comes heartache, burnout, feelings of grief and rejection, and other distress. As an ADHDer, I acknowledge that while there is much to celebrate, there is also much to grapple with. This is something that ties me to my clients. Together we deepen your understanding of yourself to discover more resilience and joy.

Specialized Training and Expertise

My counseling practice is grounded in Polyvagal theory and I use primarily Internal Family Systems approaches.  Beyond my foundational training in my Masters of Counseling Program, I’ve pursued advanced coursework in multiple areas including Autism Assessment in Adults.

Why I Love What I Do

It’s really cool to walk alongside someone as they build a life that truly align with their values. Whether it’s guiding someone through a new diagnosis or suspected diagnosis, career change, relationships, self advocacy in the school or workplace, I’m honored to be a part of their journey.
