Individual Sessions

Each individual appointment lasts 60 minutes and costs between $130 and $180 per session.

Insurance

I accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and Care Oregon/HealthShare. I’m out of network with all other insurance plans. If you’re an out-of-network client, I’ll provide a superbill so you can seek reimbursement. If you don’t have OHP insurance, you can choose to pay privately.

Notify Me of OHP Coverage Changes

Notify me immediately if your Oregon Health Plan (OHP) coverage changes. This includes any alterations to your plan, coverage details, or if you switch to a different OHP provider. Also, if you’re added to a spouse’s or parent’s insurance policy, please let me know right away.

Why This Matters: If I don’t receive updates about these changes, your sessions might not be covered by OHP, and you’ll be responsible for the full cost. To avoid unexpected charges, update me on any changes to your OHP coverage as soon as they happen.

Private Pay

Please make payments at the beginning of services. I use Therapy Notes, a secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, for billing. For a seamless and secure transaction, I keep a credit card on file for your convenience.

Attendance Policy

Give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $75 fee. If you’re more than 15 minutes late for a 60-minute appointment, I’ll consider the appointment missed.

If you have more than two late cancellations, instances of tardiness, or missed appointments within a three-month period, I may decide to discharge you from services. This decision will be a collaborative process to ensure you receive the best care that fits your needs and availability.
