Cost of Sessions

My rate for a 60-minute individual counseling session is $150.

I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. If you wish to seek reimbursement, I can provide a document called a “Superbill,” which is a detailed receipt of your sessions. You can submit this document to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement after paying in full. However, I cannot guarantee reimbursement, as it depends on your insurance plan and policies.

Please note: Submitting a Superbill is the client’s responsibility.

Payment Details:
Payment is required at the beginning of services. I use Therapy Notes, a secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, for billing and payment processing. I securely store a credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will incur a $75 fee.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled 60-minute session, the appointment will be considered missed, and the late cancellation fee will apply.
