About Anna
I know firsthand what it’s like to navigate the world as a neurodivergent person. I spent decades chasing tools and strategies, wondering why nothing worked. And feeling shame around it. Things began to shift when I stopped trying to “fix” myself and started embracing my neurotype. I began focusing on my strengths, passions, and the way my brain naturally works, instead of seeing myself through the lens of limitation.
Burnout, grief, rejection, and loneliness are part of the picture too. I carry that understanding into my work. I don’t just sit with my clients, I meet them there. Together, we build a deeper understanding of who you are, so you can move through the world with more resilience, clarity, and joy.
Specialized Training and Expertise
My work centers around supporting neurodivergent, queer, and disabled individuals. In addition to my core clinical training, I’ve pursued extensive continuing education to better serve my clients. I’ve completed advanced training in Autism and ADHD assessment, and I offer affirming, evidence-based care for OCD and related experiences. My approach is non-pathologizing, creative, and tailored to each client’s unique way of thinking and being.
Why I Love What I Do
It’s awesome to watch someone build a life that actually fits them. I get to walk alongside people as they explore new diagnoses (or long-held questions), make bold career or relationship changes, and find ways to advocate for themselves in schools, workplaces, and the world. I love this work because I get to witness people coming home to themselves.
