You’re Not Broken. You’re Neurodivergent. Let’s Make That Work for You.

You’ve spent a lifetime trying to fit into a world that wasn’t built for your brain. Maybe you’re constantly exhausted, overwhelmed by relationships, or wondering why everything feels harder for you than it seems to be for others. You might even worry that you are the problem.

You’re not. And you don’t have to navigate this alone.

I specialize in supporting Neurocomplex individuals, especially those who identify with overlapping experiences of Autism, ADHD, and OCD (whether formally diagnosed or self-identified). Many of the people I work with are navigating burnout, relationship struggles, and a persistent sense of self-doubt.

If you are feeling burned out, stuck in painful relationship patterns, and questioning yourself at a deep level, you have come to the right place. Together, we’ll explore how your neurotype shapes the way you experience the world. We will focus on how to work with your brain instead of against it.

What We’ll Work On Together

  • Getting to know your neurotype and how this shapes your energy, relationships, and day-to-day life.

  • Understanding burnout especially in work settings where you’re expected to constantly perform, conform, and hold it all together.

  • Exploring the impact of masking and how hiding your real needs and traits to fit in can slowly wear you down.

  • Making space for your truth so you can stop feeling like you have to “just try harder” to succeed, connect, or feel okay.

  • Untangling relationship patterns that leave you feeling unseen, dismissed, or like you’re always the one doing the emotional work.

  • Finding what actually works for you instead of forcing yourself into neurotypical systems that don’t support your way of thinking and feeling.
